
Jane has been a practicing speech and language pathologist for over twenty-four years. She has developed her practice working with children and young adults diagnosed with neurologic, genetic, chromosomal and developmental disorders. She is known for her work with severely challenged learners and those that communicate through multiple communication modalities. She has co-authored a handbook on Rett syndrome and has completed a funded project on using communication and computer technology with families and their children. In addition to serving both children and adults, Jane consults with medical and educational teams on a variety of communication issues.
